We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Voucher card: 

Dear customer, we are offering a credit voucher which you can use for your next purchase with us. Each voucher has a unique redeemable code, so keep it to yourself.

Reimbursements will be issued exclusively as discount coupons, redeemable during your next online purchase.


Size Exchange:

Size Exchanges are applicable on purchases made within 15 days. The item returned should be in its original condition to be applicable. Courier charges will be borne by customer for both ways if the products are as per the order.

Contact us on our social platforms or call us during our working hours and our team will guide you through the size exchange process. Please note that after confirmation of size from the customer, the article will be dispatched on next working day. If there is any delay from the courier, our team member will help you through the process until you receive the requested item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know about the exchange process.

Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you and send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
